Does the AI reacts to this mod? Im not playing Prussia but i would like Germany to appear once in my games...

You still have access to the Unification Plays in the Culture Tab. Greater Germany either needs to be formed as Austria, or via those options. This mod doesn't change that. It only changes the peaceful unification options (Journal Entries) to mimic real history.

How can I establish Germany including Luxembourg and Austria?

Would it be possible to add journal entries or play options to keep on confederating after forming germany?
I formed Germany with only 21 states and Schleswig was left out and i don't see a good option to bring it back to the fold without a war or annexing.

Right now I made this mod with Prussia primarily in mind (obviously), but if it gets more popular, I'll probably end up implementing more flavor for Austria or one of the minors that constitute the so-called "Third Germany." I might even adapt the events over to Italy. I'm always open to suggestions for these things if that day comes, but I'm currently in grad school, so no promises.

I chip in any? Will you have a Greater Germany option too but if you try rest of Europe likely declares war on you or shun you? Thinking of this for mainly Austria? Maybe also add option if Austria keeps Italian lands and take more of northern Italy can reform Holy Roman Empire with Italian and all other groups in Austria as accepted cultures?(unity based around imperial Hapsburg, German dominated and ethnic ties, and plus Catholic universalism to get groups like Poles, Hungarians, Croatians, and Czechs to tolerate this more so)?

What you three are describing is a bug that existed in a previous version of the mod, where if a country was a puppet, it conflicted with them also being part of your Customs Union. This is particulary for Schleswig and Holstein, which explains why 248/250 and 213/215 are missing two countries. Those two, I suspect, are Schleswig and Holstein. The mod has since been updated, so please make sure you're not using an old version by unsubscribing and resubscribing.

I will update the mod nonetheless, because I have found a way to hide the Great Britain/Nicaragua thing, but also to make sure the current version actually has the fix in case I made a mistake.

Yes, its the same for me, the NGF did not happen - dont know about the German Unification Event, as i have not yet researched all t3 techs.

That's a bug with the tooltip. I have it coded so that you *don't* need Luxembourg, but because of a localization error I can't be bothered to fix, it says you need a random country. Usually Britain, but you don't actually.

Yes, the changes apply to the AI. Whether or not the AI is smart enough to attack Denmark for Schleswig-Holstein or not is a different question...
