Ok but then why to leave a broken pdf lol. You could just not put it at all, it's pretty clear from the workshop item's description

you must buy the book with the rules. They are missing on purpose

The PDF file does not work. You used the local file, not a cloud one, and that would only work for you :-)
Its path is C:\Users\_iain ....
