Burgunfaust Jun 11 @ 12:12pm
So in trying to use this with the newly released Shokuho mod, The framework seems to work but I wasn't getting any residual rents from land purchased. Any ideas?
KaHavaVe Jun 2 @ 3:10am
Outdated just means it hasn't specifically been updated. Sometimes mods work across updates.
Snaky_Cake May 15 @ 5:05pm
have you been using it from here or from nexus?
because here it says is outdated
Oli_G Mar 31 @ 10:26am
@jjvip6 I've been using this with 1.2.12 for a ~300 day campaign and its going great, a very helpful lore friendly income technique to get you ready for workshops and caravans early game, and a good income in late-game too.
jjvip6 Mar 16 @ 10:50am
Will this mod be updated to 1.2.12?
› Fae Viking Princess Mar 6 @ 4:43pm
@WollieG How are you even losing land? I am able to buy land in villages that are owned by factions I am at war with and the village changing owners doesn't affect my land. Are these villages getting raided and razed?
› Fae Viking Princess Mar 6 @ 4:34pm
is there a way for me to edit the type of units the slave management window accepts. I keep getting bandits and runaway slaves that aren't counted as bandits
Limeira Mar 4 @ 7:14am
Its normal my slave decline stay in 0,8% with increase patrols full?
Inactive88 Mar 3 @ 11:24pm
Update? :D

Skill issue, this mod is awesome. It's actually overpowered as hell, so i multiplied the estate buy cost by 10x.
WollieG Feb 19 @ 8:30am
No Conan, this is too long of an investment to be worth it. Not worth trying to build it up when you lose it so quick. Nope, you can play. I am removing this mod.
Conan Feb 18 @ 6:48pm
Probably don't buy land in an active warzone then. You take out a loan on real estate in Kiev too?
WollieG Feb 18 @ 10:55am
Yes definitely losing the whole investment if the farm is lost by war and taken over by another faction.
THIS MOD IS USELESS AND NO REASON TO INVEST THE TIME AND MONEY ON IT. All lost when taken over by another faction.
WollieG Feb 18 @ 10:26am
Another problem, i keep buying property and keep losing them as well. At one stage i had 15 different places where i bought farms, now i am back to 11. Seems like when property is lost by war, i lost my investment, so really not worth spending the money. The mod is useless if you lose it all when the property is taken by another faction.
WollieG Feb 16 @ 11:21am
Mod is nice but problem is getting slaves for the farms. You cannot use captured troops but the looters or thieves not enough to get slaves. by the time you capture some live ones, you have lost more with the farms you have. No way to build up the slaves. Just not enough on the map.
Lone Star Ranger Feb 15 @ 11:35am
@BasedGodTripp YES it affects the economy they sell the goods at market value at the local kingdom and it affects global prices over time "keep that in mind for horses because you'll quickly end up with EVERYONE spamming cav lol"
Human72 Jan 24 @ 5:53pm
so i went looking in nexus mods despite my personal distain for the site in regards to there leftist politics in banning mods that remove the woke etc.

I found this {LINK REMOVED}

what do you think of this? and would this mod villiage overhull work with yours? or no dice?
BasedGodTripp Jan 22 @ 11:09am
Love this mod. How do villages with player estates affect the economy without the player buying and selling the extra output? Is there a genuine increase in what villagers bring to the town market if 'sell on village market' is turned on?
Emrysin Jan 21 @ 7:39am
@Ronin Yes, I'm using together
Parabellum168 Jan 19 @ 8:08am
working on 1.2.12
Saltines7 Jan 15 @ 3:09am
This mod breaks the economy so hard if you scale the rented plots up. you'll make 20k every other second of playing
maserelmaci Jan 7 @ 3:37am
teşekkürler....aslında ben oyun yönetimine iletmiştim...buna benzer geliştirmeler. lakin olmadı.köy içerisinde tarım hayvancılık avcılık ve köy büyüğünden görevler ile gelişim gösterilmesi ve craft mekaniği vs eklenmesini çok istemiştim.gelişim gösterdikten sonra şehir veya kalelere lord olma özelliği açılmalı idi.
senin yaptığın mod a baktığımda gayet başarılı buldum.ve abone oldum.
tam istediğim olmasada cesaretini takdir ediyorum
Ronin Jan 4 @ 1:03pm
Does this work with Realm of thrones?
[R] Iglix Jan 1 @ 3:07am
Mod seems to work fine for me. Altought at this point all I did was just buy plots and did not start developing them further
direpants Dec 14, 2024 @ 5:42am

so the mod from nexus is now live on steam and after i checked the nexus page of it the mod is in open source now.

https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/7298?tab=description

what do you think of this?
petit chat mystérieux Oct 11, 2024 @ 9:42am
for example (the sell to market box, in the main photo): the box is marked “on” and is green. Is the market activated? or do you have to click on the box to activate it?
I bought plots, but the slaves do not restock automatically, could a nexus translation mod cause a problem?

Baguette Aug 2, 2024 @ 12:44pm
We need more mods like this. This is top tier shit right here.
ailuoli Jul 24, 2024 @ 2:20am
@Thurmanite5 At first, I couldn't slavery of regulars, but now I can, I don't know which skill it is.
Thurmanite5 Jul 18, 2024 @ 5:14pm
@Steel Giant there is a skill in I think Roguery that allows slavery of regulars
I AM SHARK! Jul 14, 2024 @ 6:02am

can I find the notes/list of the perks made available by the mod?
Steel Giant Jul 1, 2024 @ 3:20pm
Why can I only use some captives as slaves? For example, I captured the Vlandians but I can’t use them as slaves? Is this how it should be? Is it possible to make it so that all captives can become slaves? Except for the lords of course.
Volske Jun 15, 2024 @ 3:51pm
@DasNeo

It all seems to be working now, thanks for the quick fix
DasNeo.  [author] Jun 15, 2024 @ 3:47pm
