Anjeliks, The fact is that modding in Titan Quest is essentially layering one database on another, and this mod changes a very large number of files. Most likely you don't have enough RAM (Titan Quest can use a maximum of 2 gb by default).
One solution is to download the file below, this program allows TQ.exe to use 4gb of ram. You need to run the program and select TQ.exe, which is in the root folder of Titan Quest
