Clicked on the Fiefs names over and over, never on the sub-names in the menu which opens/closes... now I can change everything! Perfect.

Sure the mod has other cool things, maybe I will use them over time, but for the start I just needed the culture change, as the -3 loyalty was ruin my game as I needed to jump from town to town instead of fight...
What I've done is, put 1Mio into the Bank to get Gold Status.
Now I can jump to "fief" and select a fief or insure all... but I cannot change the culture.
That is basically the only reason I've installed this :D
Where do I find said config file?
100.001 to get tab 2
500.001 to tab 3
100.000.001 to tab 4
You can put cheats = "true"in config file to direct access to all tabs.

Happening when using the new 1.1.0 M&B version. Worked fine with 1.0.3. Tried loading as last module or first module after the TW mods.
Any idea of what is wrong?

It is valid until 2023-01-06
The idea is to lower target score for settlements which have been raided. They are in "protection" mode from raid time + config.RaidRestorationProtectionTimeInHouers (default 48h).
So by default raided village will get target score value of 0.001 under 48h. The war parties should by then find better target.
Tell me how it behaves and if you need any other changes for this fix.
