Floodplains have a medium probability of being destroyed if there is no river between the volcano and the floodplain. The 3 tile radius of destruction is the limit for normal volcanoes. It is less if there are obstacles like open water, rivers, hills, and forests. I am working on another mod that allows living things to grow (both features and resources). The growth rate in that mod is increased for each adjacent tile with the same living thing.

Ther comes another question in my mind: do you know if it could be possible to have automatic regrowing forests (on tiles with 3 or more forest tiles adjacent to it?).
That wa a dream of me and would add more variety into gameplay depth.

Am I'm right, that floodplains also will be destroyed? I saw it in the picture. Is it intended?
That's the only part for me where I see an issue, because all my district building plans would be unreversable destroyed if a volcanoe erupts near that field. I do not have any ability to rebuild floodplains in the game. For rebuilding resources there are mods in the workshop, but not for rebuilding floodplains as I remember so far.
Do you understand what I mean?
