Please tell me why some weapon mods, or even most, have muzzle flash that is not removed by a mod like this?

Does this conflict with the mod to remove weapon sounds? Since the shotgun sound is added back in on this

@- Aeren It's possible to fix this, but I think it's worth doing it yourself ... I'm just tired of doing fixes.

i installed the mod but my snipers skin are gone, just nothing in my firsperson view, i can shoot and reload but i cant see my skins, is it posible to fix it ? all good with the main target, the muzzleflash are not longer, just my skins are the problem :(
