Also some mods are incompatible with rgon so it is fair to atleast ask.
well that aged poorly
as far as damage multiplier goes... that's tricky. from my knowledge, there's no way to add a true damage multiplier to a character, nor to get the current multiplier. changing the damage stat adds a flat damage up unchanged by the character's damage multiplier, unless you have a script that specifically gets the player and their items and calculates their multiplier based on that, then apply that to your damage up. as a result, the damage multiplier only works with other Boss Item+ items.
I will gladly be proven wrong about this if someone tells me how to do it right.
Though treasure trove seems a bit wild for a boss drop, maybe reduce the damage it gives, or you could reduce its weight so it becomes more scarce
