I figured out how to fix the Louis problem (I think). Delete resource/ui/transitionstatsurvivor.res in the .vpk. It was causing problems with another mod that modified the score screen. It didn't seem to be necessary for this mod to work, and after I deleted it and repacked, Louis looked and moved normal.
