found out that I simply exported the sound at a wrong bitrate which is why it's CRUSTY, honestly I find it funnier that it's like that though (I am just lazy)

Can someone help me with audio? Whenever He insults with the thunder, it peaks my audio and causes some deep fried static.

Some new update might have broken it? Or might be some incompatibility issue, not sure honestly I'm pretty bad with Terraria's way of doing resource packs or mods

It just changes the lighting sounds, I'm not smart enough to figure out how to do proper texture changes or anything (I literally just did the entire thing in like 30 mins)
