It's understandable. This is a huge mod that changes and adds a lot. On top of that Paradox seems intent on fiddling with several fundamental systems with every update so it's hardly surprising there's so much for Nihilist to work on.

Like Derah says, give them time. We all know it'll be worth the wait in the end. ;)

Fellas, let the author cook. It'll be ready when its ready, and the waiting will be more than worthwhile, since we're even getting new content alongside it.

I want the update to go out more than you guys. I dont have a ton of spare time irl at the moment and the patches fixing all the release bugs keep pushing me back even more.

I don't think anyone was. Updating big mods takes time. The AGOT mod for example, typically takes at least a month to be updated whenever a new DLC comes out, and that mod has dozens of people working on it.

I can only imagine the amount of effort it will take to get this one up and running if it's developed solo.

Take your time, I think it's fair to say everyone knows the waiting will be worth it.

Do not expect an update in the short term for the new DLC.

So this version is out of date a bit. You can check the general channel of the discord, link is in the description, and it has files there you could copy paste to fix the issue.

I'm not sure what did I do wrong, but the game crashes whenever I try to interact with any character. I don't have other big overhaul mods installed either, is it because I updated the game to the latest version?

The mod is great, but I have 2 comments/complaints: The witchcraft experience tree should be 1000 exp instead of 2000, and the Cult of Lillith should have unrestricted marriage.

Hi, my main character died, her daughter died, and a adopted woman is now the third ruler, but she didn't get the lilith trait (nevertheless she could research the ritual tree and is de facto immortal now. She didn't get the opportunity to the forbidden ritual and is not able to research the demon research tree or to choose the demon blood focus. Is this a bug or am I something missing?

@Parasiten: This mod is not compatible with any large overhaul (Such as GoT, Princes of Darkness, EK2, After The End, etc etc). If you try it, all you'll get is a hard crash when the game is booting up.

That said, I have used Medieval Matriarchs with the AGOT mod, and it works fine. Medieval Matriarchs is a much more slimmer mod and thus easier to integrate with larger overhauls without much issue.

I have to concur. This game has a lot of great mods in it, but this mod specifically is my number one choice. I legit don't download a mod if it's not compatible with Sappho's Daughter 2

The game is simply unplayable for me without this mod. My greatest fear is that the mod author gets burned out of the gargantuan task of developing and maintaining this masterpiece.

I'm in the middle of a massive rework, wont be done in the short term.

I realize the current version isn't up to date, but all these bugs are fixed in the upcoming version.

Commander traits are not getting any xp, compared to vanilla common/on_action/army_on_actions all commander xp events are missing

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering if there's an update coming or if it'll be delayed until the next big expansion comes out? I really enjoy this mod and find playing without the magic to be quite boring tbh, and currently it doesn't work.

I hd the same issue as Werbemist420, The recent CK3 update seems to have broken the mod, but in case anyone was wondering, reverting versions to the previous one seems to make it work work

2 questions 1 how do i get into the discord i don't know what to do with the bit you posted for it. 2nd more important is the mother always supposed to disappear how do i get her to stay. She always disappears without a trace.

Holy Paladins are absolutely cracked. Not really sure how to combat them when I can't get demon units and they're stacked at 31000 men.

@Skar yes, one of the perks in the witchcraft tree lets you have a passive soul gain every year for every succubus you have in your court. It's pretty slow at first, but since Succubi don't age, after a generation or two, your court will be packed with them, netting you a solid steady gain of souls every year.

the only way ive found so far in obtaining souls is by imprisonment then execution. are there better ways to grind out souls?

@Wolfy: I would recommend doing a clean reinstall (By which I mean, uninstall CK3, delete the entire folder, delete the folder in your "My Documents" related to CK3, then reinstall it).

Cuz sometimes, mods leave trace files behind even when uninstalled.

Its the only mod i have in that playset. i have played with this mod before and it worked perfectly but now it doesn't.

This mod is compatible with the current version. If you're crashing it's likely due to you using other mods with it.

The exact version that this mod is compatible with seems to be unavailable on beta opt-ins, trying to play crashes me before i play for even a month. Any hope in getting it updated soon, Nihilist? :)
