Andy - this is the initial save game load. It should show up in your saves list.

It's not a map. It's a game save.

I stand corrected this map doesn't show up in my list either? @colonel any thoughts?

@Mp6_Zephyr Not knowing how familiar you are with the game/ steam I'll make a suggestion which might be the issue...

..DId you also subscribe to the two additional items required ( BR Class 104 and Meshlabs)? You should've gotten a prompt about them when clicking to subscribe to the map. You can click on each item and a new box will overlay which you can then just scroll down and subscribe to. THEN click to DL the map itself. Without these the map won't work so although you may have subbed ( you can override/ ignore the prompt advising the additional content needed) it will not be loadable and will therefore not appear in your map list as the game already knows it is unplayable and will create a 'crash to desktop' or 'unable to load game files' error message which the game is designed to avoid if it already knows will happen.
