If it gets shot in the head, it's fully dead. Without the brain, the zombie CAN'T do anything

can you make it so if it gets shot in the head it can still becoem a zombie, this is really annoying that it doesnt i feel like it should and i cant find a single mod that makes it so zombies can become zombies with head injuries and stuff like that

People have the problem that they can't disable the mod but it literally doesn't do anything :(

It would be nice if when you kill a person with a shot to the head, they wouldn't become a zombie. Also, the zombies seem very durable to me, and I think it would be better if they were more like those from The Walking Dead.
