I also have black units until I disabled this mod. Icons with invisible pictures and fields had invisible plants.
Other mods in use atm: Magnified Destruction, 4k particle effects, Increased lighting, Enhanced terrains(possible conflict)

I don't know if it comes from me, but your units are very bugged, they are mainly black like shadows.
