Yes, visual mod always work without update, the only exception it's if there is an official update of the default visual.

One minor thing which I noticed is that her new modified head doesn't get bloodstained while the rest of her dragon body does in combat. Could you take a look please?

Good fix, I would wish you also would have removed the "Moustache", since it looks a bit off, but I guess this is entire pöersonal preference. Also finally someone with a not horny Miao Ying reskin mod.
