As for modding spawns, you need to understand how the Kenshi modding tool works. There are tutorials online and on the Discord.
Did you purchase the device from the Iron Hound trader?

Nothing i can do to tame
Can you give permission to use your mod in my mod ?
thank you !
I may have had some coincidental conversation timing masquerading as a conflict.
A lil late but i was wondering the same recently.
You'll want the restore kit in your unit's main inventory when you go to talk to the hound in a cage or other prisoner device, *not* in your backpack. The dialogue option for the kit wouldn't show up with the kit in my pack.
With the restore kit in your inventory, "talk to" the hound (right-click hold for the selectable option) and chose the "let's get you fixed up" option.
If the talk option doesn't show, just wait a bit of time and try again.
The kit isn't "consumed" in the recruitment, so you only ever need one kit as long as it isn't misplaced or sold.
Fog Stalker - in Obedience
Thanx! I'll check that out! BTW I found another type in Obedience called the 'Fog Stalker', perhaps that's one of the stalker units as well
@Konstantinos XII
I believe I found one of those in the Noble's Vacation Home... Maybe... His name is Ripper.
Anyone have any idea where the final one is? Skeleton merchant said they were the 'Stalker Units'
