I am sorry you're experiencing that but it does not seem to be this map or map theme. I just tested it and all 3 dependencies and it loaded fine.

You might have too many assets or some other reason your game is freezing on load. Try Loading Screen Mod and read about how to generate a report after a failed launch so you can see or ask others with more experience to look for the reason your game froze on load.
