So am quite sure the mod is working correctly since you are getting 250xp but something you may be forgetting is that not ever delivery spot even has a "hard" parking spot. Many only have easy and medium.
Just so you can confirm. Here are the single trailer original game parking bonuses.
Original Game Values single Trailer:
Easy(autopark): 15xp
Medium: 40xp
Hard: 90xp
My Mod Values:
Easy(Autopark): 20xp
Medium: 250xp
Hard: 750xp
You're welcome. I'm glad people get out of this mod exactly what I intended. I just didn't have the time for the grind that is the base game and figured others didn't either.
Exactly KJ's point, it's not officially released yet. MODs almost never update until the final version is out of Beta testing and available to download.
- Doesn't make sense to update the MOD a bunch of times while SCS is fixing/changing things in the Beta, which is the entire point.
- If you're going to run an Open Beta version of the game, ie. 1.53 than you're 9/10 going to run into compatibility issues, even once released you have to give these MOD creators time to update, they have normal lives that don't evolve around ATS, no need to ask for updates. Once they discover it's incompatible than it'll get updated. But just because the game updates doesn't mean the MOD is broken either.
I don't think 1.53 is out yet. But once it comes out I'll update.
@Max I just booted up the game and the mod appears to be active and compatible. Perhaps try unsubscribing and resubscribing. Unless other people also report this issue, I'm going to assume this is maybe an issue with your specific install and not the mod generally.
However, let me know if you're still having issues after doing a bit of troubleshooting and I'll see if I can still help in some way if I can and if needed.
"It still says incompatible for me" - Ok I'll launch the game and check it out. But I do think it should be working. But I will follow up shortly.
Please let me know if there are any issues.
Thanks Boon of the Mac for the kind words.
The goal of my parking XP setting was I wanted to make it so I got more XP, but I wanted an incentive to personally get better and park at the "hard" locations when available.
These are the XP values for easy, medium, hard parking:
Single trailer:
* Easy spot = 20xp up from 15xp base game.
* Medium spot = 250xp up from 40xp base game.
* Hard spot = 750xp up from 90xp base game.
Double trailers:
* Easy spot = 100xp up from 25xp base game.
* Medium spot = 750xp up from 150xp base game.
* Hard spot = 1000xp up from 270xp base game.
XP loss for trailer damage.
Lose 1% xp every 1% of damage. Base game is 4% every 1% damage.
If you want to disable the damage completely. I have a damage removal mod as well. It should be in my collection of my mods found just below the screenshot at the top of this page.
Works out very well that way. When I ran with another driver, we'd take 5 off and 5 on. All legal.
Anything else doesn't work out too well. In ATS I use the 5 hours for sleep and hit the road again.
If Fines aren't used then there's no real worry.
Seriously though, that is a super ambiguous question. I think XP stuff was increased by roughly 25% to 50% for most things.
Just try out it, I didn't over do it. This isn't a "cheat" mod.
Is there any way you could make a mod for more time to deliver a load ?
So we all can drive slower to stop for sightseeing and other things.
