Maybe you can re-purpose this for non-evil biomes, specified biome sight potions... Made with a biome sight potion and a block that fits each respectively, Ice for ice biome, dirt for the forest, mud for jungle, sand for desert...

This mod is really useful. Is there any chance you could make something like a "Corrupted Compass"? Something that could point your character to the nearest Corrupt/Crimson/Hallowed block on the map. That way we'd actually have a full proof way of finding every bit on the map.
