And if you really wanted you could get the png's or photoshop file by just following what the description says...

Why don't you want to download the mod?

The hats are client-side so they act as if you just put .hat or .png files in the hats folder and everyone can still see them even if they don't have the mod.

Also they aren't in .hat files to begin with.
