hello. i've done exactly what @Maxnect said and i still get the " Cannot create more outside connections" message. I have the latest harmony mod and besides that i don't really have any other mods

first INSTALL Network Anarchy mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2862881785 , then in-game activate the blue anarchy button (A), then draw the network out of bounds. It works ok

Ok why is this mod on the updated mod list when it was taken over by network anarchy and why isn't network anarchy on that list if it took over this mod. There has been a lot of confusion regarding certain mods that have similiar features. This mod is essential because without it for the hundreds time posting about this issue TRAINS WILL NOT SPAWN WITHOUT THIS MOD I don't know why people ignore this issue when even compatibility report itself states that NETWORK ANARCHY has issues WITH CARGO TRAINS SPAWNING.. Sheesh

i still need this as that network stuff i dont see that option to build these roads and does not work same as cc800series says.

If I remove this mod nothing spawns from outside connections network anarchy doesnt spawn any cargo someone or somebody needs to fix this issue

What is the difference between the unlimited eoutside connection mod and the integrated policy?

@ majin_kratos The MOD Unlimited Outside Connections: you can have more then 2,3,4 roads (default: highway network only) that go off map/connect to outside city/connection. Te MOD: Any Road Outside Connection let you choose the kind of road network you use for an outside connection. Default that would be a highway only. With this mod on any road network will connect to an outside connection.

What's difference with Unlimited Outside Connections?

Wondering if this mod is still causing outside rail connections not to spawn with tracks that are not Vanilla...

does it work just with any vanilla road or with workshop roads, too?

Any chance of any rail outside connection? I want to be able to fully use Railway 2 rails instead of vanilla.

Use 'Any Road Outside Connections Revisited' (i.e. this mod) with 'Unlimited Outside Connections Revisited'.

@rougeleader1000 no idea honestly, there's been a lot of conflicting information and no clear answer as to why we are to all revert to a 5 year old mod that obviously also hasn't been fixed for any updates...

Does anybody know if this mod will work with Unlimited Outside Connections Revisited 1.1 rather than the original Unlimited Outside Connections, since that one no longer works with the newest updates?

Had to return uninstall and go back to the original version by Bloody Penguin. My cargo trains would not spawn. Now they do.

@Rafario Right. I'm not saying there's a culprit. I'm saying its something I wish didn't happen in the default game, and could probably be fixed in a mod like this.

This is extremely intriguing. Does it solve the issue where vehicles will spawn on a bi-directional road, turn around in the map, and leave through that same road?

Original mod throws errors when loading with it. This mod won't break your game.

What's improved from the original mod? (Genuine question, as I don't know much about coding)
