For any bugs please report them in Bug Reporting. For this issue if you could provide the settings you’ve used in the mod settings and how Woodie is transforming into Weregoose (eating weremeat, idols, full moon) this will help resolve me the issue faster.

A few new updates have been performed over the last couple of days. The first update was a compatibility update that should resolve any issues with Woodie's new skill tree. And today a brand new update has been pushed. This update will provide players the option to alter some of the skill tree values (if they have a value to be modified).

Also a new bug reporting discussion has been added to the workshop page. Should you run into any issues please give detailed feedback. This will help me resolve issues more quickly. Enjoy the update.

Version 1.15 is now available. This version is still pre skill tree so please bare that in mind. This update adds an auto unequip option when transforming into Wereform and a different idol style which converts them into reusable idols with a cooldown. See the new change notes for further details.

The Wereform Key allows users to choose most keys on the keyboard. By default I assigned it to R, but players may cycle through any letters alongside other keys if they so choose. This option is available just under where you would choose if you want to turn on the Cancel option or not.

Maybe for the cancel wereform key you should do like the mod Character Keybinds and make it so it works like changing controls binds

For those of you who are curious if I'm updating this mod for the new skill tree please take a look at the Woodie's New Skill Tree discussion. If you have further questions regarding it feel free to leave a comment in the discussion.

With that being said a new update for the mod has been pushed out today that adds the ability to Cancel Wereform by pressing a key. This was added for those of you who may prefer using the Timed Mode of Wereform, but wanted an option to end it early.

This mod is just what I was looking for! I have a request however. Would it be possible to have an insulation that grants immunity entirely? The old werebeaver used to have it and I sorely miss it. I'm not sure if 999 insulation would grant that since I haven't tested, but I imagine it wouldn't.

Unfortunately no. The way Klei has it coded it's tied directly to Woodie's own damage so there's not a way for me to code it on its own.

Thanks for letting me know PunkShark. There's a new patch that fixes both the bugs you mentioned below. The patch also adds a setting to allow players to choose if Lucy should do bonus damage to Treeguards similar to the Werebeaver.

Hi, me again. after trying out the update i've come across 2 bugs.
-When starting up the world the cost of hunger appears to also happen when spawning in the world. depending on the amount you change of course.
-hitting treeguards with lucy appears to crash the game, idk if its because i've changed her dmg a bit, but it works fine with other creatures.

I've implemented a new update that allows you to choose the Hunger Cost when coming out of Wereform. This cost can be anywhere from 0 to 999.

Thank you for your response :) If you're able to do that i'd really appreciate it bud. and i really enjoy this mod of yours as i am a big Woodie fan myself and, while i do enjoy him vanilla style, being able to change his tiny bits of gameplay can do wonders.

Hey there PunkShark, so there's an issue with the request you have. Let's say for example you want to have 100 Hunger after your Wereform expires. If you had less hunger than 100 when you entered the form you would actually be gaining hunger instead of losing it. I think the only thing I would add would be a Hunger Cost for when you come out of Wereform. Which I can totally do.

Hi! Would it be possible if we could get a more precise edition of the hunger rate after transformation? like uhh, lets say you have the choice of choosing how much hunger you want left after a transformation basically.

Thanks for the feedback Bombobbit. It was much easier to implement Lucy's efficiency so that's why the update came out so quickly. There should be a new 1.0.4 version of the mod that now includes custom hunger rates for each wereform. Please do keep in mind you need to turn both Hunger Penalty and Hunger Pause off in order for this new setting to function.

Thank you Theo for your feedback. There is a new patch for the mod you can download that will fix the Sanity Drain issue you brought to my attention.

Unfortunately tweaking the Weremoose's Charge Attack damage isn't as straightforward as it is tied directly to the Weremoose's normal attack damage. If Klei decides to update the way it is calculated in the future I would love to add this update in.

could it be that this mod has turned the wereform sanity drain accidentally into a sanity /GAIN/? xD i didnt touch the sanity drain toggle and i get an up arrow on the sanity bar when im transformed. increasing the sanity drain number just increases the sanity gain.

for now ive just decreased the sanity drain slider to 0 and increased the sanity penality from eating idols to compensate.

This mod is incredible! from the picture i thought it would just be human woodie stats but its literally every little aspect of his entire character! thanks a lot for sharing this with us! my fav changes to make r 175 max hp, wetness immunity for the wereforms, 1.5 speed goose, better mining and treeguard damage for the beaver and slightly higher weremoose damage!

id love to double the damage of just the moose charge without increasing its normal attack if such a setting existed.

thanks again for sharing this mod, woodie feels undertuned imo but this mod allows u to fix it without making it super broken!

That's perfectly fine. The mod may appeal to some and not others. I know from past experience many people feel Woodie's balance has not been to their liking. So rather than balance the character myself I think the best option is to allow players to tweak his settings and balance it to what they would enjoy the most. Some may want him to be more challenging and others may want him to be easier. So this mod allows players to do just that.
