@metealidikici It should be under tools in the spawn menu to the right. Named 'Randomizer Tool'

could you make a version that does it automatically at specified locations? like for minigames where you dodge objects?

This is really good, do you know if you could make it compatible with other addons like weapons and npcs that are installed instead of just the HL2 weapons?
