So if you got issues with dynamic flashlights you must disable think hook - update each 2nd frame, so flashlight will be less laggy, if something stil laggy disable think hooks
YOU MUST RELOAD MAP in order for change to be applied

it's a shame this breaks flying npcs (combine choppers, gunships, etc.) because it does seem to REALLY improve npc performance otherwise

with those errors and other stuff, the mod dont fully load and it seems to break a good amount of mods sadly :(, im have to unsubscribe for now

The error wasn't caused by GLua Patches. The error happened to me when I only had LUA - SLibrary and GOPT enabled with all other addons disabled.

oh im dumb i forgot i already posted it and that was cuz of glua patches, ill delete glua and its required items since it breaks so much,. sorry about that. yeah glua + srlions hook library has seems to break my mods especially my internet browser addon, Anyways Yeah

Was that error with GLua Patches enabled? It's the same error as what you wrote previously so it isn't caused by GLua Patches.

I was on x86-64 with this issue.

I don't know if the addon is compatible with that. I have this problem that if only GOPT and its required SLibrary are enabled, then the glow effects from the Physics Gun if "Draw Physgun Grab halo" is checked and from having the cursor over a prop or entity when the context menu is open doesn't appear. The glow effects appear if GOPT is disabled. I also got the exact same error you got, Cherrie.

Sorry again, that was a completely different mod causing problems.

Nevermind, I just had to completely restart Gmod. However, there is now a problem with the Vmanip flashlight lagging around.

That solved the problem after I reloaded Gmod, however I have now come to the problem of the mod preventing overlays from appearing when the mod is enabled.

The mod is causing my flashlight to lag around. I have the vmanip flashlight mod enabled, so I am not sure if that is contributing but I would rather keep it enabled. Does anyone know what setting in this mod may fix my problem?

This is in fact, the biggest impact on improving performance of the 20+ performance mods I tried. Optimizing "Think" hooks is tremendous because lua lag is primarily the cause of lag outside of physics.

Блин подскажите пожалуйста. У меня npc в далеке ходят как будто у них пинг. В настройках я ничего такого не увидел что откючает это.

the optimizations break flying npcs, and npcs from far away kinda teleport to where they are walking. as long long as you aren't looking to snipe people or fight helicopters this mod is pretty nice.

just so anyone downloading knows, think optimization causes bsmod kick and dash/dodge mod to have slow and laggy animations, and ajiliffe also listed some other addons effected. these should probably be listed somewhere.

does it fuck up arcs weapons as a whole then too

Cause It cause's the weapon's to flicker and disappear.
