I have heard of the bug, but I have no idea how to replicate it either

I had a lunar pact room layout spawn in place of a red room that was completely empty, tried to replicate the spawn and I couldn't, even disabling some mods.

I have minimapi and also other mods, including andromeda, are lunar pact rooms supposed to only replace devil rooms to know if it was some bug?

Compatibility with "More Special Rooms in Greed Mode" would be amazing

I was recommending a change to prevent soft locking like in the situation I had, a different way that doesn't change base while preventing the soft lock would be to split the broken hearts up among both health's of the forgotten. the point is, I encountered an issue that is run ending that doesn't have to be run ending and I'm trying to be helpful by giving suggestions.
