I have narrowed down the crash to a specific line in the code (or two lines since it comes up for each seat).

In the "lua\simfphys_weapons\batmobile_aa.lua" file, for whatever reason, certain playermodels' PlayerBatman:GetBodygroup() result when the 'gotten' bodygroup is -1 causes the crash. I don't really know why, but even just printing the result for causes the crash.

@Echo its a issue that i am having aswell, the creator is finding a fix for this, it affects playermodels for some reason.

@OFF SCOOF huh so its a playermodel issue, i thought it was the hud not rendering that caused it, strange, i wonder if it is the size of the playermodel itself that is causing it, thanks for your findings.

I found it happened with css playermodels and chell as well as some workshop models. One I made didn't crash but one i got from the workshop did

I've found that getting into the car using certain playermodels crashes the game. I don't know what it is about the playermodels but I tested repeatedly with some which didn't crash it while others crashed consistently.

are you sure you have enabled the addon?

i to get this issue, it happens as soon as i enter the vehicle, it crashes, and yes i tested with all addons disabled, im not sure why this happens.
