Is it possible to use the main mod with the empire modifiers and the beta for relocs at the same time or has the main mod the relics now as well?:)

That's really strange. There's no such command, because the investigations are hard-coded to be once-per-empire. What does the Situation Log say about the stones which you control but don't can't see the Relic for?

the relic isn't showing up for me. I finished all of the investigations before hand the stone isn't reappearing.

I imagine the issue is that for some reason the investigate stones option appeared for every stone before I collected every single one of them. I decided just to do them all in one go despite not having all of said stones.

I had the time and space stone in my possession while I was doing this so finishing the investigation did give me the stone relics. however now that I had just gained two more stones by taking over the systems of another empire that was in possession of them, they aren't reappearing as relics for me. and while I can still move them around my territory, since I had already done the investigation once, it isn't letting me do it again.

is there a command I can use to force spawn the excavation site for the stones in question?

Interesting. If you get more stones, can you get the exact number of days between finishing the Investigation and when it shows up in Relics? That should be immediate, if there's a delay then I'll have to track down a bug somewhere

The deposit was immediately made, but the relic didn't show up immediately, which is where some of the confusion came from

@Speedy The relic is granted as soon as the investigation finishes, but that's a fair point. Might add a notification about it

I used the Investigate decision in order to get the Time Stone, and now the only decision I have that's related to it is the Relocate Time Stone Here option...

@ Speedyquader The old mining mechanic is gone, owning the stone automatically grants the Time Stone Relic, but first you have to "unlock" it by investigating its archaeology site. You can create that investigation from the Decisions menu on any uninhabitable planet (barren, molten, etc). This info can be found in the Situation Log, if you need it

...I don't see any kind of bonus for having the Time Stone? I can't "mine" it, and there's no relic in my relic list. How do I get the bonuses?

@Everyone Updated again, this time reintroduced/vastly improved the AI's ability to strategically move stones around within its borders, as well as being able to requisition stones from unowned space. Hopefully this boosts AI competition in terms of the stones

That said, it's very difficult to test how well the AI is performing in this area, so please give feedback, especially if they are scooping up stones far too quickly, or not enthusiastically enough

@Enkives Why thank you, glad you like it.

I've noticed that too, unfortunately (specifically when it comes to warfare) there's not a lot of moddability there. My understanding is that the AI decides when to go to war, then decides why to go to war. The first part is difficult to control. Mods like Starnet alter all of the numbers involved, but those are sweeping changes, and significantly impact compatibility with other mods.

That being said, I would like to add other ways to make ownership of the stone more competitive, eg. having the AI Requisition stones, so stay tuned

Hey I just want to say great work! I really love the modpack. I've noticed towards late-game, the AI just discovers the stones, and there really is not a big push for AI to take the stones from other AI. Its just a bunch of war reasons to attack. But other than that, I freaking love this mod! Keep the updates comin!:steamthumbsup:

@Everyone I pushed out an update a few hours ago, restoring the AI's ability to unlock stones and granting Fallen Empires the relevant knowledge of stones they start with. As a result, other empires can learn to wield the stones, and FEs will do so from game-start. This also means that AI empires can share their stone powers with you.

Currently working on the AI transfer system. The next update should see the AI requisition unclaimed stones (so players will have competition) and strategically relocate stones they already possess.

In the meantime, feedback on how often and how soon AIs in your games start wielding stones would be appreciated

@Epic it's no longer a researchable technology - unlocking the stones requires an archaeological site being completed for each stone. To start this archaeology site, go to any uninhabitable planet > Decisions and every stone you have discovered will be available for investigation

@Kisu'chen Fair point, I never really made a mechanic for that. I think once Overlord was announced I figured I would turn that into part of the Agreements system, but I have a whle bunch of other features that are in the development queue so its just taking a while. I'll keep that in mind though, definitely an important gameplay feature

@yourDad Run the command "event infmodtools.100" from the console, it will give a status report about all 6 stones. If reality, soul and mind genuinely didn't spawn, let me know and I'll try to debug it. Thanks for the support, really appreciate it

I was unlucky when it came to the spots the stones spawned as they were next to each other but only the space, power, and time stones were the only ones in my game, but I did see them transferring stones among each other especially before starting wars, never let a megacorp get the stones but still love the mod

Merger just got updated to accommodate some parts of my mod. Try loading them up together again, and wait a couple of months to see if the relics are added. If not, try transferring a stone to another location. If the relics still aren't there, let me know and I can give you some tests to narrow down the mod conflict

Ah nevermind I found the problem seems like The Merger of Rules doesn´t allow the Stones to become Relics. I disabled it and now it works^^

Uhm so I have 4 of 6 stones in my empire but I dont get any of their bonuses is that how its supposed to be cause like you said they are unminable?`

They can't be merged, but having multiple stones increases the bonuses. For example, the Mind Stone increases and adds effects to the Power Stone if you wield both

Thank you for your feedback. I've already figured it out. It turns out that the Time Stone was from the Fallen Xenophile Empire. I understand correctly that the stones can't be combined? I mean, I'm tempted to combine them into... The Stone of the Universe?

Hi SeDi, yep that is normal - the digsite disappears to make the map less messy

Completing the digsite means you have unlocked the stone, but you need to have that stone in your borders to actually use it and get the Relic.

If nobody owns the stone, another decision will be available on planets you control, called "Requisition Stone," which will bring the stone under your control

If someone does own the stone, you can go to war with them for it, as long as you have enough intel on them to confirm that they have it

Is it normal that after I complete a time stone digsite, it disappears and nothing else appears. No relics, no log update, nothing happens on the planet. Also, I can't re-press the time stone decision anywhere at all. Or is this the reason for the mods? I just have quite a few.( Sorry if my english is bad.)

Hello, I'm having an issue where I have ownership of the time stone, but I'm unable to start research on it, because I'm unable to build the research station on the planet. I know the technology isn't supposed to be research-able, so I don't know how to start research or the excavation.

Admittedly, i'm stupid and can't read so I probably missed the instructions but any help would be appreciated.

@ Rawkraine What year is the game in? It does take the AI a looooong time to get through the arc sites, unfortunately, still need to balance that. And yeah you can safesly ignore the Unidentified Empire thing, its a Stellaris quirk

A more reliable way to check if countries are currently unlocking a stone (in this case the space stone) would be to copy-and-paste:

"trigger any_country = { count > 0 limit = { is_ai = yes NOT = { infmod_unlocked_stone = { stone = space } } check_variable = { which = infmod_space_unlock_progress value > 0 } } }"
