There's no way to choose which song plays in the game if that's what you mean. The mod adds the Fallout 4 music to the game and gives those songs the highest priority, so they play more than the original game songs. But it can sometimes happen that the original game music still plays. So you'll have to wait until a Fallout 4 song starts playing. Sorry.
