It does not work with RECUITABLE PRISONERS because the adjustments are different.
If you want to imprison them in a cage with the RECUITABLE PRISONERS feature and make them your friends, you will need a patch mod.

In the meantime, I have tested Gloomlander (18+ Female Race) and this mod in minimum configuration for 2 hours and I could not confirm the problem you reported.

I have also reviewed all the female chases in the character column and they are 100%.
Basically, the Character setting takes precedence over SQUAD and FACTION, so I don't think there is a problem, but I readjusted the SQUAD setting.
Please unsubscribe once just to be sure, and try importing or playing NEW GAME after subscribing again.
If you have moved this mod to your mod folder and are using it, please update that as well.
