Made some adjustment to the Culture (only 5 Traditions).
Was Venice a Town or a Castle?
Did the Arsenale and new Doge Palace show up?
Are you using any other Mods? First thing to try is to use only this Mod (I have a Mod-Test-Playset for that).
From the changes it makes I would suppose that there is nothing that really should break with an Update.
I will reuplode it with the 1.13.* Tag and wait if someone is reporting that something does not work ;)
Then lets do something that you should not do ;)
Open the Explorer and go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III\game\history\provinces
Now search for the Text like "Pisa" (you will find it in k_italy.txt)
Open the File with any Editor like Notepad and search again for Pisa.
You find something like "2536 = { #PISA ...
This ist Pisa in Game and you can now edit it to your liking :)
If you want to give it my special Building you can insert the following two lines after
holding = city_holding (you could for example change this to "holding = castle_holding" if you want to make it feudal):
special_building_slot = doges_palace_01
special_building = doges_palace_01
That's it, can make this to any Location.
BEWARE: You edit the Base Game file if you do it like this, meaning it will likely break after the next Update (have to apply it again) AND if any Mod is actice that changes Pisa nothing will happen since a Mod overrides the Base Game file!
But putting this Mod to the end should technically overwrite all other changes made to the Doges Palace done by other Mods.
I don't know more than that.
Seems like the mods I use break it somehow.
Try to put this Mod to the Bottom of your list or check it out by only using it (I personnaly have a Modtest-Playset for such things).
And even if you keep playing as the initially generated character, the doges palace breaks after the first months tick.
I believe a fix is necessary.
- Culture reworked (has 8 Traditions now)
- New Special Building (Arsenal; Navy Shipyard - in real it was build much later, but hey) in the other Province Venice owns
So spare ich mir die Arbeit und alle Sprachen die das Spiel von sich aus anbietet sind automatisch vorhanden :)
