Report a translation problem
To re-enable, restore the version.dll and do this
1. Close steam
2. Go to <steam>/steamlib/steamapps
3. Open file appmanifest_1468810.acf with text editor
4. Rename "installdir" "????" to "installdir" "TOI"
5. Go to <steam>/steamlib/steamapps/common and rename game forlder ???? to TOI
Did the way of configuring the mod change with the 1.0 ?
I installed MelonLoader version 0.5.7
I tweaked it to reduce drain to 3% for kill and 1% for humiliation on most base stats, 5%/2% for daos with a minimum gain of 0 rather than 1, and disabled artisan skill drain because I see that as something that can't be stolen so easily
That makes it much more work to become an unstoppable cultivator who can kill people three realms above you just by farming weak cultivators, and encourages you to seek out cultivators of decent strength to steal their souls, which seems much more appropriate imo

Really great mod! Could also add an option to place a permanent 50% stats debuff or something so it adds a new kind of playthrough (you don't just kill a few and becomes invincible, it's harder to kill people but also much more rewarding)
