please put all "ARGO addons" on a list
The Hunter 26. juni 2022 kl. 7:24
Sorry to bother you, but I came back here to ask, do you plan on making any larger scaled submarines in the future? Like mobile bases or subs with research capabilities. Also, do you plan on using the new sonar equipment and/or weapons dlc in the future?

@Gladyon Thanks! That's actually a great idea! I just updated the ARGO - Moonpool to implement it.
Gladyon 6. juni 2022 kl. 2:12
This is the most excellent mini-sub, from far!

Just a small thing, with a tiny modification of this moonpool version it is possible to add back the hatch, so you can seal as usual.
Just remove the bottom part of the moonpool and replace it with the hatch, that's all (or add the door frame just over the hatch in the non-monnpool version, to avoid having to reconnect all the logic).

The opened hatch will act exactly as the door frame, so you'll have a bit of water between the hatch and the top door frame but that's all, and the pumps will remove it nicely when the hatch is closed.

Also, I have one question, I have seen that there's a wheel in the rear, and it's connected.
What is it function?
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 4. juni 2022 kl. 3:34
@The Hunter Maybe. That's actually a nice idea!
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 4. juni 2022 kl. 3:33
@shakkazulu2006 By getting the plane close the ARGO (the A400M has also reverse), and then using the Ceiling Crane with Winches of the Plane to get the ARGO inside.
John Liberty 4. juni 2022 kl. 2:54
@C4RB0N how i meant to load argo whilst he's on the container into the plane on the ground?
The Hunter 4. juni 2022 kl. 1:27
just a thought, would you ever consider building a small base inside the new caves? They seem large enough for a medium sized base, only wish the devs had a spawn area on the new biome
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 4. juni 2022 kl. 0:23
@shakkazulu2006 Remember to spawn the ARGO on top of the Cart for ARGO , so you can load it in the Plane.
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 4. juni 2022 kl. 0:21
@shakkazulu2006 Sounds like you subscribed to the A400M with Airdrop Crates in it, you should use this one instead, that has an empty Cargo Bay: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2079047354

Please tell me how you manage to put the sub in the the A400M becuase its already got boxes in it when using the mission editor, you cant spawn it in the workbench, you cant get the sub to the plane either
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 2. juni 2022 kl. 15:19
@SomeRandomEwan That's a nice idea! It may slow the ARGO down quite a lot trying to tow a big "mobile base" thing, but I might try to make it and see how it goes.
Ewan 2. juni 2022 kl. 12:07
It's nice to see you uploading again! Do you have any more modules planned? It's be cool to see a 'mobile base' trailer that would have ballasts that synced to the sub but it might be a bit complicated.
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 2. juni 2022 kl. 0:12
@jaredgrissom07 I think you're probably right
jaredgrissom07 1. juni 2022 kl. 18:27
i think the design of the argo is great but that underwater base is most likely going to be the best underwater base on the workshop
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 30. maj 2022 kl. 5:14
@Inverspe Maybe, I still haven't been able to test them
Inverspe 30. maj 2022 kl. 5:11
are u gonna update it with new sonars?
The Hunter 29. maj 2022 kl. 15:45
It is a project he is still working on and not on the workshop yet
Dolphin 29. maj 2022 kl. 15:36
@C4RB0N what is the underwater base you that is in the background of some of the photos?
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 29. maj 2022 kl. 5:43
@GrzegTheFurry You just place the Arms under the ARGO in the editor, them spawn them together, get in the ARGO, dive a bit so you're closer to the Arms, and then activate the ARGO's Docking Connectors to attach to it.
Morriz 29. maj 2022 kl. 5:33
i have a question how to atach things like passager pod or arms?
The Hunter 28. maj 2022 kl. 14:09
@Capville yes the city shown is what he is working on
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 28. maj 2022 kl. 11:54
@Vector_Dan059 As I wrote in the description:
The ARGO mini is a miniaturized (11x11x27) version of the ARGO , a Submarine, designed for Underwater Salvage , Exploration and SAR Operations .
You could also just spawn them as see for yourself.
Vector_059 28. maj 2022 kl. 11:50
and which is better?
Vector_059 28. maj 2022 kl. 11:50
my question is what is the difference between argo mini and argo mini sub?
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 28. maj 2022 kl. 8:20
@Vector_Dan059 Since this version has a Moonpool in the Airlock and not an Hatch, it cannot seal the connection with the Passenger Pod module, so it doesn't allow you to open that Hatch.
You can still transport the Passenger Pod around by towing it with the Winch, this way you can still open its Hatch.
Capville 28. maj 2022 kl. 7:29
@The Hunter is that a city he's still working on?
Vector_059 28. maj 2022 kl. 6:53
in argo with a new hatch, it is not possible to open the hatch at the passenger module
The Hunter 27. maj 2022 kl. 18:36
he is still working on it
Capville 27. maj 2022 kl. 16:32
Hey, what is the underwater city you took pictures with the ARGO in front of? I want to subscribe to it if possible
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 27. maj 2022 kl. 14:35
@Yeetlazar Yes, I've just updated all the Attachments for the ARGO, and will also update the ODIN ship very soon.
MrNifto 27. maj 2022 kl. 13:09
the name ARGO, is that a star citizen reference?
Yeetlazar 27. maj 2022 kl. 10:30
Will you be modernizing your previous creations such as the ship and attachments for the argo in prep for the underwater update?
C4RB0N  [ophavsmand] 27. maj 2022 kl. 10:28
@The Hunter Thanks! I'm still working on the Underwater Base, but it's gonna come to the Workshop soon!
The Hunter 27. maj 2022 kl. 10:09
Wonderful work, I'd also love to see that underwater base come to the workshop
