doesn't seem to work, it's installed and showing up in my mod tab but the item doesn't appear when I start a run

Sometimes I use it and it just doesn't bring me to the Death Certificate Floor. Isaac or whoever I am playing is just holding it above his head then. Happens rarely randomly, usually when you previously used something that is also held above your head when used.

This Death Certificate is quality 5 if not quality 6. One thing though that makes this item even more broken than it already is. You can find it on the death certificate floor. This should not be the case. One shouldn't be able to find any type of death certificate on that floor. This certificate should have some downsite though, appart from the massive charges there are no consequences. Possible downsite would be for example: When you take damage you lose half or all charges.

this mod causes issues where it, and or some other active items for some reaosn won't active or even be used, and i'm not sure what could be causing it, beyond the 32 charges needed breaking something

This is actually very balanced. You can get ANY ITEM IN THE GAME (which if im correct includes stuff like Godhead if you have it unlocked)

it depends on how much mods you use for the id
for me its over 1k but for you it could be 984
