This mod, after the release of Willow ability tree, started crashing the server if someone is playing Willow and tries to take off the lighter after equipping it.
Will this mod be updated in the future? I really love tweaks it gives to Rooks.
I'm concerned about the low usefulness of "basic" amulets in this game. Taking into account that gems are not very easy to get, if you do not install additional mods. If the "Life giving" amulet is still bidirectional, then its "frosty" brother is incredibly bad. They are, let's be honest, outdated in the current version of the game.
Only the staves and amulets that are built at the Ancient Pseudoscience Station. Staves are refueled with gems and amulets refueled with nightmare fuel.
Thanks for the feedback! Admittedly, "removed distance limit" was a bit of a misleading description, as I only increased it by about 3x. Still, that does seem like overkill and your point about a potential client exploit is completely valid. The reason for the distance increase is just a quality of life improvement for players with ultrawide monitors, where using Wortox's soul hop can be a bit annoying. I pushed an update to reduce this distance increase and clarified the purpose in the description.
The reasoning behind the Insulated Pack is that it's always been completely outclassed by the Hibearnation Vest. The update that increased its inventory size helped a bit but not enough (in my opinion). The logic is that you're carrying around what is essentially a portable ice pack that uses the ice as fuel to keep you cool during the summer, except that it's also customizeable in the sense that you can choose how many inventory slots you want to give up for increased cooling.
