I don't think it's OP because you need to pay a lot of prestige to get this, and you can just create/reform a faith by giving less piety. The marriage doesn't really have any strength. The real bonus is negative inbreeding chance. Which is why I added negatives to the culture. The penalties are really hindering for alliances and such, and making hybrid culture is really strong and that is also hindered. The long list of modifiers may seem a lot, but the only real prize is reduction of inbreeding chance, the rest are very minor.

Can you clarify what you mean? It's a social tradition, as it says on the description if that was what you were looking for.
I don't see why not. Nothing in the mod relies on starting with it
Thanks for letting me now. I was in fact going to use 2 modifiers there, but deleted one so it remained as NAND. Luckily it doesn't seem to be giving errors in the error log, which I assume is because of an OR block before it. Either way I will fix it if/when I release an update for the mod.
I might add that in an update. I'm still getting used to modding stuff.
