Confirmed, window will not close, overlay of a shipyard appears over the upgrade/downgrade buttons. Mod broke for 3.14

Well using this mod like in comments before to exit the starbase and orbital ring the x button and esc dont work, but you can leave the window by click on anything else but still a bummer.

I'm using this mod with NSC2 and I'm having two problems. One, the X button (and the Esc shortcut) doesn't work (I have to open another screen to get rid of the starbase screen). And 2, the starbase has only 9 slots (locked or unlocked). This doesn't change regardless of more than 9 slots being unlocked.
