If you want normal Postal dude then just verify game cache and he will be back.

@Zirrx1 Just verify game files, but then all your replaced files(mods) will be overwriten by original files.

There should be a layer in his default texture file that has the cross pin. Could you make a mod to enable it and keep the vanilla look?
