ship and train connections dont work for me on this map, anyone know why?

I absolutely love this map, just the lack of highway connections is a pity.
Another thing is the river, looks beautiful, but it runs partly dry once in a while.

All in all great map!

Thanks for the quick response - I reloaded the game with the content creator bridges active and it shows as the American 2 lane truss bridge - so problem "solved" :)

That's bizarre. At one point I did upgrade the bridge to be the content creator pack bridge, but I changed it back to the vanilla one. Maybe something has happened where it thinks you need that dlc?

You could go into the map editor and just put it back in yourself I'd you'd like. No idea why it would do that.

They were really meant to represent fields, but perhaps even then they could have been a little less dense, so fair enough point. Was my first time doing fields like that.

I'd say the natural resources are too close together, give them some breathing room.

Thank you both. Yeah that's generally the way I like maps, let the city builder do the detail themselves, just give them a canvas to work on.

I love these maps requiring limited assets and mods. There're many wonderful works in the workshop, but never know how many things you have to subscribe to in the end...

...so if I'd make an even plainer version and then reverse the changes, it would be 'ex-plainer plain plains'? (btw these off-map mountains are among the prettiest I've ever not seen)
