You go into your admin menu for example sam and in the permissions for a rank you have to give the rank the permission for. The category is CAMI.

does this make the spawn menu work for any gamemode, like TTT? Would be hella cool if I could find an addon that did that

You do the Addon in your Steam Collection and Ingame you have a category permission in your admin menu that name is "CAMI" and in the category you can give the usergroups the permission
