It does not work, there are missing clothes and some clothes are clipping. No other submods.

Everyone please stop complaining. I'm playing this with nothing but Fallen Eagle, CFP, and this patch and everything is working fine. If you're having issues, it's almost definitely an extra mod on your end.

After all this time, seems Fallen Eagle got an update. Hoping that you can work on updating this as well, or passing the mod along to someone else who'd be willing and able to do so in your stead.

Well, I wouldn't totally write this one off yet. The creator is still active in Crusader Kings, I guess it's just down to whether they are busy with other projects or not.

This patch is working perfectly fine for me and doesn't need any updates. I haven't tried it with EPE (which is probably the reason for your cultures turning into aken).

When I launch TFE romano-gallic culture and other romano-something cultures all turn into Akan culture. The only way to prevent this is to not use CFP (and you compatch, by extension).

My load order is:
RICE
CFP
TFE - The reing of the apostate
CFP-TFE Compatch
EPE
EPE-CFP Compatch
RICE-EPE Compatch

Is there something wrong with my load order or is it something else?
