should still work as the event itself is seperate file even in vanilla
so my mod just replace that lone event file

This event triggers in almost all my games. Kills off a lot of my family. I'm tired of it, so I'm going to give this mod a try. If it still works, blessings upon you.

Thanks for checking. I was toying with the idea of adding { is_ai = no } to the trigger for my annoying event series, which normally triggers for any strong vassal. Never used the character flag system. Seems like a more elegant approach. Thanks again.

i just put requirement for event to trigger is need to have ////
has_character_flag = had_event_murders_at_court_1001
which can't normally have unless the event already trigger which mean it will never trigger due to requirement need flag that came from the event itself.

Does this still work? Says it was current at 1.5. Mind telling how you block the story cycle? I'm trying to build a mod with a similar effect, just on a different event cycle that is annoying me with it's repetition.

The court event that you mention, is also extremely problematic!

Normally I dislike mods like this that take out stuff. But i'm definitely sick of this event popping up over and over and killing my wife and children with essentially nothing I can do about it -.-
