Would it be possible to add a 3-star system with the starting world + 2 habitable worlds and each habitable planet orbiting another star? of te hsin gld A bit like Resh'Tar? It could be interesting for an empire that doesn't extend beyond its home system (mainly for flavour), and I think this type of 3-star solar system is magnificent.

I changed the on_action to on_planet_surveyed so it should now also prevent your quest from being cut off if someone else gets the system first.
Please let me know if it works now as expected. I got no time for test games right now.

FYI there is a bug with the durin's hall quest, due to the recent change the event on surveying Khazad Dum doesn't fire and is stuck in the situation log (wrong scope - expected ship got fleet).

You can somewhat circumvent this issue as a user by opening the console and tiping effect random_owned_ship = { ship_event = { id = mhs_durin.5 } }, this will scip the expedition project and allow you to colonize the planet but it will not assign the + 50 % habitability modifier to the planet. That being said it's probably trivial to do that with another add_effect but it doesn't matter to me as i'm playing robots.

I intend a void player playthrough currently and the game does not give me the option to choose an alternativ system other than void systems.
Is there a way to make special systems spawn "next or close" to my home system or at least reaveal all system names so one could b-line for one?

It should. Maybe some origin or civic combinations could have incompatibilities with the more special systems. If you come across any, let me know and i'll see to fix it.

Ursa System
The Home System of the Bulrathi, I have the funny idea of making the Ursa System with Binary Star System with two subs named Ursa Major and Ursa Minor.

And we say that in Bulrathi myth say that their world had one Sun, but the Orions and Antarans fight over the system and battle was won by Orion use a weapon the created a star in middle of the Antaran.

Actually there was surprisingly little broken. The pre ftl scriped effects have been replaced, so the Ikor system will be working again and besides this i just did some cleanup regarding deprecated script.

It is indeed as I have afew empires based on the MoO species in my custom empire list. Didn't have any more special ideas for systems back when I still actively worked on this mod.

Though most systems should still work, I should do some fixing for the outdated stuff with the Ikor system in the near future. Just have to find the time for it.

Is your Kholdan System based on the Kholdan System (the Home System of the Klackon) from Master of Orion? If so would please more more Home Systems for the other Master of Orion races?

Or any of these really. I can't remember what it was generating before as I already swept through all my mods fixing the pre-ftl generation.

@Megeru You just need to go into mhs_ikor.txt and change the two generate primitives line to "generate_early_pre_ftls_on_planet = yes"

Noticed that upon the release of 3.7, the Ikor system's primitives stopped spawning upon game generation.

That I take it that you also got the Master of Orion Shipsets Mods by Cavily?

I not sure your able to it with today's Stellaris but maybe you can create Master of Orion home system mod, giving each race a costume home system.

Say are you fan of Master of Orion? Because our Kholdan System has the same name as the home system of the Klackon, the industrious ant/praying mantis-like insectoid race from Master of Orion.

It also almost always has a near by star with 3 Tomb Worlds, so, ya, any robot or Tomb World start makes this super powerfull.

It also has the same 4 dead planets. Which makes Robots ridiculous. I'd rather have 4 random resource things.

Can you change the Re´etii System so the ringworld section is the same at same class as the default broken ringworld origin? As it is right now you don't start with the ability to produce the strategic resources needed for upkeep. Thank you.

Currently you just shouldn't do it. Back in the day when I made that system, shared systems were a thing. That was changed when the system ownership with starbases was introduced.
Unless the basegame changes how primitives and enlightening them is handled you will lose the system unfortunately.

I really nice addition that this mod came back, but i believe the Quarian system has a K-type star. In the Codex it is describe that the star is slightly less massive than the sun (K-type) and not a M-type.

It should be for all I know. I don't know if the static galaxy issue is still a thing, was ages ago shortly after launch. Static galaxy means there is no randomization to where systems are and so on - like in the star trek mod.

The Daedalus system appears to be bugged - you can't build any districts at all on your starting planet.
