when you subscribe to this composition, you should find it under the groups tab in zeus interface (top right) when you open groups tab you will find a yellow lozenge shaped icon, which shows you the compositions you have, you should find this composition there, then just place it anywhere and the rest is self explanatory

Its a composition not a mod, also the way it works is that it uses the server to send the script to the players you give the ability to view cams to.
