I've tested this mod with repentogon, and haven't noticed any issues. It might be a conflict with another mod.

Set "reload first room" to "no" and then restart. It should work then.

im having issues with coop, it only spawns in babies instead of characters

You just need one or the other. I was starting to get questions about where to download MCM so I added it to the required items section. It's up to you which one you want to use.

Are you on the most recent Repentance update? Are there any errors in the debug console or logs?

Are you using any other mods? There could be a conflict. Can you try disabling other mods to see if that fixes it?

red rooms don't appear? i'm running a normal run and the mod doesn't seem to work

If you enter from the back then it'll be a red room, but if you enter from the boss room it should take you to the portal room.

Personally think you may as well have them enabled in chanlleges anyways as it's already more of a fun mod or at least make it a toggle for it.

maybe there should be a mod that configures the mind to reveal all red rooms when you have the red key with you

this is quite possibly the most overpowered mod I've ever played with, 13/10 absolute top quality stuff here
