Game crashes when placing roads/new game, this is the only mod that causes it ;(

idk what happened, but now it forces unlimited ore to be off but unlimited ore in the mod's settings don't work and i still end up loosing everything

As discussed on Discord, the issue below seems to be with District Tool and not Game Anarchy.

This mod seems to conflict with District Tool . When using both (and nothing else but Skyve), when I try to paint a pedestrian area district, it automatically switches to generic district and the district paint tool sticks when closing the menu. This makes it impossible to select anything in game, because you keep painting districts. Going into the road menu and closing it, makes the road tool stick, so you keep laying roads, etc. Game log throws an error when painting a district and a Harmony log is also created on my desktop.

Ok to fix it I had to delete all file except my saves (game files, appdata and mods) then reinstall without this mod installed and its fixed.
Safe to say this mod is a bit borked

When I added this mod I can no longer build or bulldoze anything underground, and when I work on anything (public transport, emergency service, power/water) the map doesnt change to the relevant overlay, and instead changes to the zoning overlay only.
anyone know how to fix this?

Suggestion: For the custom unlock, maybe make it so you can unlock just a specific type of transport, for example trains? I don't want to unlock trams, trolleybuses, ships and so on right at the start, but I do want to unlock trains immediately.

Wonderful mod, It still works! ( for me ) Doesn't need an update! And yeah, for the people that say that it turns off unlimited money, that's because it has the feature already in this mod, just turn the Cities Skyline mod off and let this mod do ti's magic. FYI Cities Skylines community make sure to let everyone know ( with accurate info and back up ) for you favorite mods to update it or there is conflict with a specific mod ( mods ) or in general :)

This mod is still missing the option of infinite demand for zones.

@Samsung Refrigerator I haven't confirmed for myself that it's still compatible, but the Instant Return to Desktop mod may be what you need for that.

No, it doesn't. Unlimited money is one of the options in Game Anarchy.

Use unlock all zones.

That's something specific to your system. You could try using Process Monitor, I'm assuming you're on Windows, to see what's happening when you close.

btw it turns off unlimited money so now my entire city is bankrupt

Is it possible to add the high density zones to the custom unlocks?

When ever I quit to desktop it takes forever for CS to close completely so I end up just force ending steam in task manager. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you use this mod to unlock all buildings in an park area for example, without levelling the area up? Or is there a way you can use this mod to level the park area up?

Nope, works fine. The issue is on your end, not with the mod.

It's broken. The Control Panel for "Other functions" is un-clickable. I had to just close out of the entire game without fine-tuning those settings at all. It makes the mod fairly unplayable.

having "skip game intro interface" turned on caused some serious problems for me - resuming a save would crash every time, and loading into the game normally took 2 tries because the screen would go black a few seconds after the menu loaded on the first try. Seems to work fine otherwise (disclaimer, I am running a ton of other mods)

its unlock just 9 tile ! not all of them . how i can unlock all tiles

For some reason this just broke on my game and cant get it to load any longer, was working fine yesterday and today get errors.

Automatically unlocks all buildings and roads permanently on your save forever, despite that already being an option in the mod menu. And the money function didn't work for me fixing a game-breaking bug with unlimited money.

Annoying at best.

For the people who don't own supercomputers: On a clean save with no workshop assets, if i play with zero mods enabled i get 60 fps, but when i enable this mod i drop to 40

@frankie.curtis in system settings go to Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access then turn it on for Paradox Launcher at should fix all your mod problems

Hi Byron, thanks for the awesome mod! I can't tell if it's broken for me because I'm a Mac user (I know) or if something happened with the Oct. 2024 update. I am getting an error on the home screen saying that it was unable to create the instance of the mod.

Is this mod going to eventually be updated for the October 2024 update or should I find an alternative? No worries either way. I'm actually amazed at how many CS mods got updated. My thanks to everyone still working on CS stuff and I completely understand those who have moved on.
