If that hint is too vague then my next hint would be that moving singular books is needed
That tip also applies to a part of the library puzzle
Anyways, 10/10 really enjoyed the room!
Couple small nitpicks: I wish we knew whether the clues about the third/fourth bookshelf is referring to third from the top or bottom. There were a couple duplicate clues but I guess it's fine as long as someone can deduce the correct order
Well constructed. Thank you for sharing!
I never found the last clue of the library, where was it ?
My main problems was : the clue like the one about the key behind the curtain. I made a mistake at the end, and when I had to restart all of the logic board, I had no way of knowing where the curtain key was leading. Same with the key left in the library, I didn't remember where I found it, so I couldn't know the clue was refering to Miss Scarlet.
And I would have loved a button to put the logic board to blank when I had to start again.
But really well done, it was fun to play and you did an amazing work !
@AnxieTea, the key to the secret passage has a matching keyhole somewhere other than the fireplace; you'll have to move something to see it .
At the same time, the study tells us that the pipe killer read a book from the fourth shelf of the library , but we also know that the pipe was used in the library, and the killer had an Ace in poker . It seems like these two clues about the library shelves are mixing up the guests they refer to: namely, Plum and Mustard .
At first I thought I was just tired, but I tried a second playthrough and kept getting to a point where our buddy Plum had no possible weapon to use, and that's when I noticed this.
Love the room overall, though, it's a ton of fun!
there is a repeated clue in the kitchen and conservatory. i dont know if that is intended but i dont think it work affect much to replace one with the free clue on the hint board.
2) At one point, most of the grid squares became locked and I couldn't interact with them.
