I have another idea, locate the dependency and my mod. Then merge my mod into the dependency and replace the files when prompted.
I.e. put my "Map" folder contents (provinces and positions) into the dependency "Map" folder.
It works with any version that is Leviathan or higher, as no new provinces where added. I won't be posting a version that is for the older versions.
It sounds like a issue with the local EU4 installation, try validating the files. Are there any other mods perhaps running that also change the map and/or textures? I have done a fresh install and not gotten the issue.
Are you subscribed to the required item and have both of them enabled? Changing the mod loading order can also work, by making this mod load after the dependency. Moreover, what does not work? Does it crash while loading or do you have the standard borders?
Well yes, but actually no. I want to make this mod compatible with all other vanilla mods (which don't also change the map). Therefore, no new provinces will be added. I do give permission for someone to use the outlines of the borders present to make even more provinces. I personally will keep this mod vanilla friendly.
It is only a representation of the borders...the color of any nation has not been changed. There where done using the custom nation editor.
