@RADDragon13 By the way I "fixed" the map. You will have to re download it I think.

@RADDragon13 Thanks for the well wishes. Your own maps come with editable files. You cannot edit someone else's map on a global level. Say I am playing a map made by you. I can edit it but only I can play that edited file. I cannot overwrite your map in the workshop. All others will play the original one you have created.

So I lost my original files because life threw lemons real hard at me, and now there is no way for me to edit my own files. I have found a workaround but uh...I am hesitant to share as i am pretty sure it can undermine a lot of work by other mapmakers because of trolls and the like. I will re edit all my broken maps in the near future before I begin season 3 in earnest.

Btw, couldn't you just download your own map from the workshop?
As you state, we just have to edit it in the map editor.
I personally don't use the map editor, so simply say no if this isn't as easy as I make it out to be.

Ok. So i figuured out whats wrong. The devs changed mission parameters from VIP to abduction. So if you go into the editor, just go into map settings and change the mission type to abduction. I can't globally change the mission since I lost all my files, so DK2 won't let me change it. Sorry for the inconvenience I think this will be the case for almost all of my capture vip maps now....sad.

I will try and redo the maps once my exams are over...for right now i am just gonna do a few of the bonus missions on my free time.

@RADDragon13 @GreyMadness141 I think its the update....I don't have the edit file with me sadly. My PC died and took all my season 1 and most of season 2 files with it...(sad editor noises)

Might want to fix this one getting instant wins when starting
