Yes it does, Im using it.
If you have oher mods that ♥♥♥♥ around the voicelines installed prior to this, they will override this mod.

the only thing left to do is replace the models with theres even a female metrocop in the game already it wpuld let this addon make way more sence and i hate giberish or voices out of place also dont get them dirty thoughts dont even dare to think about the bad thoughts

It wouldn't hurt to give it an attempt. All gooner crap aside. The audio does make it easier to understand what they're saying. But I get it. Steams BS can be really annoying.

It most likely isn't difficult (same engine, same audio file manifest iirc), but I am not dealing with source steam workshop policy anymore. Too many blacklisted files, too many failed uploads, too much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Im just tired of it.

I believe porting it to hl2 is, like, a question of Ctrl+C Ctrl+V, but I don't know.
