add a feature where if they do not eat for over ten minuts they will start to meow in pain and a few seconds later they WILL die:steamthumbsup:

Pretty cool but I have an issue with this. "Friendly" NPCS like Rebels will attack and try to kill the cat. Same with every other NPC. Monsters.
